I'm a systems engineer with 10+ years designing and implementing software solutions, focused on scalable architectures — cloud, on-premises, and hybrid.

I currently lead the platform team at Tranzact Peru. I inherited three separate teams — backend, frontend, and support — that generated too many cross-team meetings. I consolidated them gradually: backend with frontend first, then support. Today it's a single team. My work combines software architecture with people leadership — from refining user stories to communicating risk and progress to management.

Before that, as a Backend/Software Architect, I designed solutions for a US-based telehealth platform and microservices ecosystems for regional retail, focused on resiliency, elasticity, and observability.
